We provide a tracking number for every order. The tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is fulfilled. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping. Delivery times typically range from 4-15 days, contingent on your shipping address. Please note that there may be possible shipping delays due to the surge in e-commerce activity.

Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped. Returns (if applicable) We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@goodspaw.com to obtain the correct return address. Notes: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund. If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., unwanted item, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary depending on your financial institution.
