We provide a tracking number for every order. The tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is fulfilled. Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped. Returns (if applicable) We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., unwanted item, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
